Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about your order and delighted with your purchase!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Email us at contact@interiorrevival.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Majority of our products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Finishes, colour and sizes may vary due to the character of the product . There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws.

Damages and defects must be reported in writing with proof within 48 hours of receipt of goods.These will be replaced or if no replacement available the item will be refunded.

Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and handling fees. Items that are returned unwrapped or damaged will not be accepted and or repacking fee may apply. Return freight costs incurred are to be paid by the purchaser.

If you return a SALE item you will receive a store credit for the value of your order less any shipping charges. We advise customers to choose carefully as sale items will not be refunded unless deemed faulty.

 -We do not refund on sale items for change of mind or incorrect fit.

- We do not refund on promotional discounts such a Special Code discount for signing on, Black Friday, Cyber weekend & Flash Sales. 

- Items marked down at 50% or more are considered FINAL SALEand are not eligible for a store credit or exchange so please choose carefully. 

If for any reason you need to return an item that included free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost . Return freight costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.

Our 7 day money back guarantee does not apply to items that have been special ordered or Final Sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not take responsibility for any damages and the loss of items being returned. This may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange.

 Please allow for 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
